1. You can contact us via phone, contact form, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We will respond and provide information on the same day. If you agree to proceed, we will take your measurements and special requests, then guide you through the payment process.
2. The price listed above includes both the rental fee and a security deposit. The deposit is added to cover cases where the product is not returned or is damaged. This deposit amount is specified in the DESCRIPTION section. Once the product is returned, the deposit will be refunded through the same payment method used. If you prefer to pay the deposit via bank transfer or cash, please inform us during the conversation. Should any changes to the price be required based on your special requests for the outfit, we will provide you with a different payment link. We’d also be delighted to welcome you to our store, if convenient. Please inform us of any alternate payment method requests during the conversation.
3. We will prepare the dress according to the measurements you provide or based on your custom sizing requests, and we’ll ensure delivery to you at least two days before the specified date. Shipping will be handled at no extra cost.
4. Please return the dress by the next business day after your use. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the deposit to you.

If you’re taking your measurements yourself, please include your bust, waist, hips, skirt length, shoulder width, and arm length (shoulder to wrist) in the “Additional Information” section on the payment page.
