This Website Member and Visitor Information Text ( Text ) has been prepared to inform and enlighten the User about the terms and conditions regarding the use of data obtained and/or to be obtained from Users in any way within the scope of the services offered through the Site and the methods of processing of the data, to the Members registered to tuaykaraca.com ( Site ) operated and managed by the data controller Tuay Karaca Tekstil Özel Tasarım Ltd. - Rights of the Data Subject

If you forward your requests to us using the specified methods, the Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Company will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;

- To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.
In the application you will make to exercise your rights as the personal data owner and specified above and including your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise; the subject you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to you or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and your authority must be documented, the application must include your identity and address information and documents proving your identity must be attached to the application.
